In this three week course learn how to achieve your most ambitious goals on snow this season by training your mind to tap into flow. This course is for anyone who wants to train to become a better skier, adventure more boldly on the mountain and perhaps tackle a big bucket list goal. This could be something as simple as skiing a specific line you have been dreaming about forever or entering a competition.
Each week you will have access to five lessons that will give you a step by step progression for training your mind so that you can get into your peak performance zone.
